The Right Location

This Tuesday November 1, 2016, I was tasked with picking the location that my E- Sem class would take place in. Originally I wanted to take my class to Taft Garden, which is located behind Canaday garden in sunken land. Inronically though, at the time it seemed unfortunate that one of my classmates chose that exact location before i had the opportunity to, but this led me to plan the meeting ofour class to take place in New Dorm. I chose this location, because New Dorm, which is now two years old is the newest dorm on campus, and many peopl, still have not had the opportunity to visit or even step inside New Dorm. i find great comfort in New Dorm, not only because it is where I sleep, but because unlike the other dorms on campus, New Dorm, does not resemble that of a house, or a castle like structure, but instead it looks like a mini apartment, or perhaps an actual dorm. I served my class cupcakes, tea, and hot chocolate, because it was cold, and my E-sem class takes place during the lunch period and every now and then a little snack to carry you over is nice, and also gets your brain juices flowing. But most importantly I chose our class location and the food so there would be an overall comfort in our class. I enjoyed class and enjoyed seeing the happiness of my peers.
