Coming as an first generation study, I want to investigate the contact zone between first generation students and non-first generation. All the Bryn Mawr students live in the same enivornment, but I believe that being a first generation students has its own set of difficulties that other students might not share. I also believe that connecting with other students who are not first generation students is helpful, because both sides can learn a lot from each other. How does being the first person in your family to go to college affect your experience in college, and the other way around. Is it more common in Bryn Mawr to come as not a first generation student?
