Moodle Scheduler

One of Moodle's more interesting features is the scheduler, which you can use to set up meetings with students and plan office hours. Moodle scheduler handles all the grunt work of setting up individual or small group meetings with students. You set up time slots that you will be available, control when students can sign up for them, and students then add or delete themselves as needed. You get an overview of the schedule, students can only see their own and you can set AUTOMATIC EMAIL REMINDERS if no-shows tend to be a problem.
