Education
Welcome to Serendip's Education pages and the myriad projects, ventures, and experiments herein. Here you will find abundant ideas, resources and conversations; materials, collaborations, and studies: please use them; join them; reflect with and on them; and bridge via them to other teachers and learners who might share your path. Whether you are interested in one of the academic disciplines, in working with children, adolescents, or adults, in self-directed learning, in issues of mental health and wellbeing, or in teaching for social justice and change, we hope and expect there is something here for you. Enjoy!

Empowering Learners Handbook
The Empowering Learners Handbook is an evolving collection of reflective essays aimed at charting useful pathways through the complexities of mentorship, tutoring, and other forms of learning support, ally-ship, and advocacy.
The pieces have been written over the past years since 2004 by students in an Education course at Bryn Mawr College, taught by Alice Lesnick.
