General Differences

What kinds of differences do you see? Here are a couple of ideas:

  • there are structural differences in particular areas (for example, the cerebellum)
  • some brains are smooth and others have a lot of folds

Why do you think these differences exist? What is the significance of noting differences?  Can these differences account for variability in behavior or intelligence between and among species?
