What can be defined normal

What can be defined normal and abnormal? It’s always very difficult to define what is normality and normality as mental health. Mental health is seen as the opposite of mental disorder. Only the absence of a visible psychopathology is generally considered normal. However, I believe that this is a very limiting definition, because does not consider the difference that exists between individuals. People differ from one another not just in their intelligence, but also in their feelings, behavior, in their views of themselves and the others, in their views of the world and future. Mental Health is rather an emotional well-being, characterized by the acceptance of oneself and by the adaptation to emotions and reality. It’s a positive state in which various functions are integrated to biological, psychological and social levels.
