questions

What is useful in the cognitive achievement of reducing apparent complexity?

Can the possibility of irreducibility also be a useful cognitive tool?

Is it possible, and, if so, might it be sometimes desirable, to exercise a degree of control/restriction over the definitions of words to achieve chosen objectives, and at the same time expect that these definitions will tend to slip/oscillate/mix with other discourses?
