Most of the class seemed to
Most of the class seemed to describe their minds and/or brains in terms of metaphoric objects rather than functional definitions. Is this a true measure of how we think? Or do we, in the context of this class, have acquired a tendency to describe our minds in a metaphoric manner? It would be interesting to see the results of this survey on a larger scale, and then maybe divide them into categories that we think would make a difference. For example, the brains and/or minds of humanities majors vs. the brains and/or minds of social sciences majors.
Male and female? Oh wait the binary is irrelevantI don't know what other categories there are for college students. Maybe students vs professors, or across age. That would be cool.
